Episode 2. Interview with Professor Jonti Horner, an astro-biologist based at the University of Southern Queensland's faculty of astrophysics. Professor Horner has had a keen interest in the stars since age 5, as a result of an accidental recording of the sky at night. His area of expertise is small and transient objects in the solar system, from comets, asteroids and meteors, centaurs and neptunian trojans. In more recent years, he has expanded his interest in astro-biology and the study of exoplanets, and he has been pivotal in the international collaboration underlying the TESS mission, currently monitoring a large portion of the sky in search of exo-planet transits.
