Puff2play
Puff2play is under development by Sonokids.
Puff2play enables children with multiple disabilities to control a computer-game with their breath.
By blowing, children can produce a very controlable 'sound', which Sonokids applies to the game-controls.
Puff2Play was implemented in the online all abilities ePlayground created by Sonokids.
To try out the Puff2play demo-games below, you will need to have a microphone attached to your computer.
Examples
- Drive my car
- Drive a car across the screen - the harder you blow the faster it moves.
- Walk and jump
- Walk and don't hit the kangaroos - you can jump, speed up and slow down.
- Racing
- Drive a car round a circle - stop not to hit the balls. Puff very quiet to go backwards.
